Mrs. Gordon's 2nd Grade Class
Mrs. Gordon has twenty-five students. There are fourteen girls and eleven boys. Fifteen of the students are black and ten are white. There are five students who go to a special reading class each morning for approximately 30 minutes to receive extra help. There are no special needs students in Mrs. Gordon's class. The students are quite different in their learning styles and abilities.
Mrs. Campbell's 4th Grade Classes
Mrs. Campbell teaches three classes of spelling and math each day. Each class is quite different from the others, especially the 3rd period class. There are a number of ESL students concentrated in that one particular class.
1st Period - Mrs. Campbell has twenty-seven students in her 1st period class. In this class, there are ten white students, fifteen black students, and two students of other nationalities. There are sixteen boys and eleven girls.
2nd Period - Mrs. Campbell has twenty-six students in her 2nd period class. In this class, there are sixteen white students, eight black students, and two students of other nationalities. The boys and girls are evenly divided.
3rd Period - Mrs. Campbell has twenty-six students in her 3rd period class. In this class, seven students are white, fifteen students are black, and four students are Hispanic. There are twelve boys and fourteen girls.
